Hello ji,
Today’s post is a podcast!
This one goes through the first principles of work: We delve into what defines work in the modern workplace, who gets respect and recognition for working and why, and how getting grilled in a job interview is a privilege most of us don’t recognize.
Here is the episode:
You can also listen to it on all the usual suspects: Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Stitcher, Castbox, Pocket Casts, Castro, Podcast Addict, Podbean, Podhero.

The story of Trisha Sarkar, Saranaya Iyer, and Shatakshi Tripathi
The study Rashmi quotes about motivations of male vs female entrepreneurs is from the bestselling book, “The Founders' Dilemmas”, by Noam Wasserman, a Harvard Business School professor.
In the book, he says that according to his research, “Male entrepreneurs lag female entrepreneurs by a decade when it comes to prizing variety and by two decades when it comes to altruism”.

On my personal front
Sorry I missed you last Monday. It has been a tough few weeks on the family health front, and I am not sure how much longer before I can expect a semblance of normalcy in my personal life.
I am just glad I managed to send today’s post before 11:59:59pm, Engineering style. And hope that I can keep it up in the next few weeks. But if another slip happens, I will post about it on Twitter like I did last Monday, so please watch that space:
Please send your happy thoughts, dear readers and listeners.
And your subscriptions. Those always bring a smile to my face :)

Hello ji,
I was just wondering how you were keeping after the scare of being tested positive last newsletter. Thought of mailing you, but i didn't know how or where to drop you an email of concern, and simply wondered if an unsolicited mail of concern would be considered creepy or cute - always a worrisome battle as interactions are so nuanced and offenses taken so easily in today's times.
Just a suggestion - If not a full a** newsletter, wouldn't it be cute to just type in a couple of sentences, or simply "...what you see from your window?" kind of 4 liners? So as to not break the continuity? I know, easier said than done, but how can you go wrong with simple observations and i believe most follow you for your fascinating punctuation of memes and emotionally charged content anyway...
warm regards, prayers for you and your family and stay strong :)
